Tribute to Excellence

The Honor Flight network recognizes and celebrates USA veterans of past wars by transporting them to Washington DC to visit war memorials, monuments and other testaments to their achievements. Such a trip by Cecil E. Nelon and nearly a hundred vets from across Oklahoma provided the perfect setting for a commemorative celebration of thanks for their World War II victorious effort. Here is the story of their day.
